My expertise is not born from a textbook, but from survival. As a person with Schizophrenia and a survivor of complex trauma, spinal stenosis with central canal narrowing, flavum & facet hypertrophy (fancy schmancy speak for boney overgrowths grinding against one another in regions they don't belong), I know the isolation that comes from being unheard, unseen, and misinterpreted by medical "professionals."

I know what it feels like when the professionals meant to help you don't speak your language.

Yet, I also know the system from the inside. In my previous life, I was a Pharmacy Administrator, adept in pharmacy law and healthcare logistics. I understand the coding, the red tape, and the administrative hurdles that often block access to care.
